He was a bold man that ate that first oyster.

The revival of a 1922 diner

A classic Tierney dining car, it was originally located in Wareham and then moved to this location in 1932, where it was known as the North Falmouth Diner, owned by the Eldridge family in the 1960’s. Later bought by the Warner family in 2017 and now home to the Epic Oyster.

Shuckers unite

Belly up to the bar and you’ll find neighbors and fellow oyster lovers quickly mingling while they slurp the night back. Oysters are shucked to order right at the bar with a fresh taste of the ocean.

Like a rolling stone

Bob Dylan visited the diner in 1974 on his Rolling Thunder tour. This picture can be found in Martin Scorsese’s Netflix documentary on the legend. We like to think some of his spirit lives on in our bar.

The world is your oyster

…but you must first shuck it. Those are words owner Marc and Sarah Warner live by. They always wanted to open an oyster bar, and at the Epic Oyster they have created a menu with Portuguese inspired flavors and an epic wine list to go with it.
